Stephanie is teaching Hatha Yoga at Elevated Luxury apartments. She teaches Restorative yoga at Boston University during the 2023 spring semester. Stephanie taught Ashtanga yoga at Boston University during the 2022 fall semester.
Stephanie will be teaching Deep Stretch / Foam Rolling Yoga and Core Intensive Yoga this summer at Boston University.
She guides groups yoga classes in person and online.
Stephanie has been practicing yoga in and around the Boston area for over ten years. She has completed 200 yoga teacher training at Laughing Dog Yoga in Wellesley.

Stephanie's mission is to motivate every body to try a form of yoga, find one that fits their personality, and makes it their own. Regular practice improves breathing, increases endurance for all activities, and promotes mindfulness. Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul to balance your inner and outer self.
